Description

45 minute sessions of "Puddles of Sweat" High Intensity Interval Training Boxing Circuits take place outdoors inside a big sandbox and turf zone. 

Sessions use real boxing techniques mixed with speed, agility and cardio conditioning drills. *Classes are non-contact! 

 

1 Session = $100.00.
24 Sessions = $960.00/ $40.00.
36 Sessions = $1,080.00/ $30.00.

 

*Session Packages must be paid upfront and used within 4 months of the purchase date.

SBX12 FitCamp is systematically formulated around 24 Workouts. We recommend taking a minimum of 2 classes per week for 12 weeks or 3 classes per week for 8 weeks which are both equivalent to 24 Workouts for maximum results and benefits.
