GX3 FitCamp is a Private Fitness Camp built around 8,000 square feet of Sand and Turf. We use use a fusion of Brazilian Armed Forces fitness training tactics systematically formulated around 24 Workouts composed of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), sequential exercises/ movements (Supersets/ Circuits) deployed with custom designed exercise equipment synchronized with a variation of time-intervals. The constant mix of training regiments mean you will never get bored and the pace of your physical transformation will quicken because your body has no idea what fitness challenges are coming next.
