SBX12 FitCamp specializes in Outdoor Boxing Fitness Classes that take place inside a sandbox and turf zone. Classes use real boxing techniques mixed with tactical strength, speed, agility and cardio conditioning exercises to get you the best results possible in a group or private setting. *Classes are non-contact!

(Drill Instructors) put GI's
(Enlisted Soldiers) through a high-energy, mentally challenging, extreme circuit-training, fun and memorable fitness experience powered by the SBX12 Training-System
that delivers results and KO's any challenges life presents.
Sand Boxing Circuit Classes
are fueled by beats that will get your heart-pumping and
start with a 6 minute warm-up and are built around 12 three minute rounds with 1 minute of rest in-between rounds and end with a 6 minute rejuvenating mind and body cool-down.
DI's are SBX12 Certified and have been selected based on their boxing/ physical training experience, knowledge, passion for fitness and desire to help and respect others. DI’s will teach GI’s proper techniques, form and exercises that will help achieve the following goals;
Strengthen & Shape the Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms,
Legs, Glutes, Hips & Core.
Improve Balance, Coordination & Endurance.
Boost Metabolism, Burn Lots of Body Fat, Increase Energy & Relieve Stress.
Regardless of your current fitness level there’s always going to be plenty of motivational support, encouragement and guidance from our DI's to push you to be the best you can be mentally and physically. Classes are designed to enhance focus, build confidence, teach discipline and improve fitness. We exercise, have fun, sweat and recover together as a TEAM (Together Everyone Attains More). *Each class will have modifications so that everyone can complete our challenges.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Comfortable workout attire, sneakers, socks or barefoot.
We have sand socks available for purchase.
No fancy boxing gear needed!
WHAT TO BRING:
A positive, no quitting, I can do this attitude!
*Wraps, gloves and a towel are required!
A bottle water is recommended but optional.
If you do not have these items, we have them available for purchase.
SBX12 FitCamp is systematically formulated around 24 Workouts.
We recommend taking 2 classes per week for 12 weeks or 3 classes per week
for 8 weeks which are both equivalent to 24 Workouts for maximum results.
