TX3 FitCamp uses a fusion of strategic fitness training tactics and exercise equipment to get you the best results possible in a group or private setting.
We are 100% committed to helping you create the athletic physique you’ve always wanted in 24 Workouts. Certified DI's(Drill Instructors) put GI's (Enlisted Soldiers) through a high-energy, mentally challenging, extreme circuit-training, fun and memorable fitness experience powered by the TX3 Training-System that delivers results. 
Classes, limited to 4 GI's take place inside our fitness studio, an oversized Sandbox and Turf zone. They are built around strength and conditioning exercises synchronized with a variation of time-intervals aka HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) fueled by beats that will get your heart-pumping. Our GI's move as a TEAM (Together Everyone Attains More) that follow the exercises and movements of our DI's.
DI's are TX3 Certified and have been selected based on their physical training experience, knowledge, passion for fitness and desire to help  and respect others. DI’s will teach GI’s proper techniques, form and exercises that will help achieve the following goals;
Strengthen and Shape the Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms,
Legs, Glutes, Hips and Core
Boost Metabolism, Burn Lots of Body Fat, Increase Energy and Relieve Stress
Regardless of your current fitness level there’s always going to be plenty of motivational support, encouragement and guidance from our DI's to push you to be the best you can be mentally and physically. We exercise, have fun, sweat and recover together as a TEAM (Together Everyone Attains More). *Each class will have modifications so that everyone can complete our challenges.

Comfortable workout attire, sneakers and socks or barefoot.

TX3 FitCamp is systematically formulated around 24 Workouts.
We recommend taking 2 classes per week for 12 weeks or 3 classes per week
for 8 weeks which are both equivalent to 24 Workouts for maximum results.
