COVID-19

  • Your health and safety is our #1 priority and we're committed to keeping GX3 FitCamp clean and safe. We conduct daily, thorough cleaning for all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the FitCamp. Although we cannot eliminate all risks associated with COVID-19, we've taken several additional steps to strengthen our existing cleanliness policies and procedures to help keep GI’s and DI’s safe.

    Below is what you can expect when you come to GX3 FitCamp;

    GI's and DI's will get their temperature checked with a digital non-contact forehead infrared thermometer before entering, for a typical adult, a healthy body temperature can be anywhere from 97 F to 99 F.  Wearing a mask is required during training sessions except while actively working out in accordance with State/ Local Law Requirements. All DI’s have conducted extensive training on our enhanced cleanliness policies and procedures. Extensive, thorough cleaning will be conducted between each training session while wearing a mask and gloves using disinfectant on the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) list effective against COVID-19.

  • 1) The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) recommends you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water before using equipment. 

    2) Maintain 10 feet of physical distance between GI's and DI's.

    3) Stay home if you're not feeling well.

  • Yes, you will find sanitization stations throughout GX3 FitCamp, fully stocked with disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer. sanitizing wipes, disposable latex gloves and masks.

  • MASK POLICY

  • For the enhanced safety of our GI’s, DI’s and guests, a mask must be worn at all times upon entering GX3 FitCamp in accordance with State/ Local Law Requirements except while actively working out, hydrating or walking between exercise stations.

  • Yes, at all times during Private Training Sessions for their safety, and the safety of others.

  • Masks are required at all times except while actively working out and in accordance with State/ Local Law Requirements. If you have a medical exception that prohibits you from wearing a mask or you prefer not to wear one, please contact us at (833) 4 - GLUTES prior to coming.

  • We have disposable masks available if a GI, DI or guest forgets their mask.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    **Gift cards and downloadable software products cannot be returned.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as;

    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds. (If Applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale Items. (If Applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Gifts. (If Applicable)

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    3 stands for - 3 Gluteal Muscles (Gluteus Maximus - Gluteus Medius - Gluteus Minimus) which form the Glutes and the 3 integral elements of our Training System; Mind, Body & Spirit.

  • Beautiful Destruction represents the "Destruction" of the bodies’ muscles with special attention to ones glutes using the GX3, TX3 and SBX12 Training-Systems so that, ones body and glutes can be rebuilt Healthy, Strong and "Beautiful."

  • Gluteus Maximus, Medius, and Minimus symbolizes; The 3 major gluteal muscles.

    White color symbolizes; Wholeness, Stability, Balance and Preservation.

    Green color symbolizes; Positive Energy, Good Health, Vitality and Balance.

    Upside Down Heart symbolizes; Healthy Strong Glutes.

    Silver color symbolizes; Enlightenment, Mental and Physical Harmony.

    GX3 symbolizes: Glutes, Exercise, 3 major gluteal muscles and the 3 integral elements of our Training System; Mind, Body & Spirit.

    Shape of Brazil, on the lower right pays tribute to the country, where optimum glute workouts originated.

    White and Silver Blood Splatter symbolizes; A Continuous Pump of Blood throughout your Body to Sustain Good Health.

    Inside the lower left white splatter; the forefront 5 represents the 5 Levels of Leg Weights used in our GX3 FitCamps, the distant 5 represents the 5 integral elements of our Training System; Leg Weights, Glute Benches, TX3 Bells, Glute Bands and Jump Ropes. 55 represents Brazil’s Country Code which pays homage Brazil.

    Black color symbolizes; Mental and Physical Power, Depth and Self-Discipline.

    Crescent Moon symbolizes; Luminous Energy, Knowledge and Progress.

    From a fitness mindset this logo whole’ heartedly symbolizes; Healthy strong glutes built by exercising regularly. Your glute muscles must consistently interact effectively with your entire body to achieve good health, strength, balance, positive energy and happiness.

  • Our logo is a sign of vitality flowing through ones heart, which lies on the left side of the body and represents Good Health, Strength, Balance, Positive Energy and Happiness

    From a fitness mindset this logo whole heartedly symbolizes the Circle of Life powered by the Synergy of the Mind and Body, both of which must Consistently and Effectively Interact to achieve Self- Fruition.

  • SB stands for - Sand Box.

    X stands for - Exercise.

    12 stands for - 12 rounds of exercise in our Training-System which embodies the 12 - three minute rounds in a Professional Championship Boxing Match.

  • The Sand color outline represents a Sandbox.

    The Boxer represents Boxing Classes taught within the Sandbox.

    12 represents 12 - three minute rounds of boxing drills taught per class.

  • DI’s, aka Drill Instructors are total body/ glute exercise development and boxing drill fitness specialists.

  • GI’s aka, Glute Infantries are enlisted soldiers that exercise hard to reach their glute development fitness goals.

  • The various colors of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 lb. Brazilian Leg Weights symbolizes a GI's particular level of mental and physical accomplishments and proven competence.

    In order to get to the next color level leg weight a GI must first demonstrate their mental and physical proficiency in strength, technique, control and conditioning with their current leg weights.


    Level 1: Pair of 5 lb. or 10 lb. Green Camouflage Brazilian Leg Weights:

    Green symbolizes; Inexperience, Enlightenment, Spiritually, Transformation, Rejuvenation & Vigor.

    Green Camouflage Leg Weights are worn by Beginner GI's who are just starting to gain knowledge of our training methods. Knowledge and basic fundamentals are introduced here and are the first steps on the journey towards the ultimate goal, Black Leg Weights.

    Level 2: Pair of 15 lb. Blue Camouflage Brazilian Leg Weights:

    Blue symbolizes; Knowledge, Power, Depth, Stability, Wisdom, Confidence, Intelligence & Precision.

    Blue Camouflage Leg Weights are worn by Intermediate GI's who are starting to feel their mind and body open up and develop into a higher level of mental and physical training.The techniques and intensity become more difficult creating greater challenges to over come.

    Level 3: Pair of 20 lb. Black Camouflage Brazilian Leg Weights:

    Black symbolizes; Mental & Physical Power; Depth, Self Discipline.

    Black Camouflage Leg Weights are worn by Advanced 1st degree GI's whose knowledge, techniques, mental and physical strengths are maturing and are now starting to respect, appreciate and understand the fruits of their hard work preceding color levels 1 & 2.

    Level 4: Pair of 25 lb. Solid Black Brazilian Leg Weights:

    Black symbolizes; Mental & Physical Power; Depth, Self Discipline.

    Solid Black Leg Weights are worn by the Advanced 2nd degree GI's at the highest level of training who have mentally and physically conquered, absorbed and mastered color levels 1 - 4.

  • It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that on average, members can burn upwards of 500 - 1,400 calories in a vigorous 45 - 60 minute class. All classes follow HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) so you will continue burning calories at an elevated rate throughout the day.

  • One of the best things about our classes are that they can be adapted to any fitness level. Our classes are based on a variation of time-intervals and not a preset amount of repetitions which allows you to follow along at your own pace. If the workout asks for 1 minute rounds of a certain exercise and you can not keep up with the instructor then just slow down your pace, have fun and do as many reps as YOU can do with the goal of always improving your next workout.

  • We wish you a speedy recovery and highly recommend that your Doctor sign off on any strenuous activity before taking a Class with us. Granted, your Doctor permits you, please let our instructors know and they will show you how to adjust your workout.

  • Our GI's enjoy a clean FitCamp equipped with 1 restroom, two filtered water dispensers and a refrigerator with bottled water. We have 20 Training Stations that come with the following equipment; SandTurf, 1 Glute Bench, 1 TX3 Bell, 1 Weighted 2 lb. Jump Rope, 1 Speed Rope, 1 Glute Band and 1 Pair of Brazilian Leg Weights all custom designed to ensure you get you maximum results.

  • Our GI's enjoy a clean FitCamp equipped with 1 restroom, two filtered water dispensers and a refrigerator with bottled waters. We have 20 Training Stations that come with the following equipment; Sand, Turf, Power Racks, Power Sleds, Land Mines, Olympic Bars, Linebacker Squat Bars, Trap Bars (open/closed), Free Weights, Weight Plates, TX3 Bells, Sissy Squat Machine, Back Hyperextension Machine, Plyometric Boxes, Strength Bands, Agility Ladders, Hurdles, Cones, Battle Ropes, Weighted Jump Ropes, Speed Ropes, Boxing Ring, Boxing Bags, Pads and accessories.

  • All new GI's should be 10-15 minutes early, in order to fill out and sign a Registration | Release of Liability | Etiquette & Safety Rules forms prior to their first class.

    We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen in our FitCamp.

  • 45 - 60 minutes. Each class starts with stretching warm-ups and is composed of; glute activations, strength, calisthenic, plyometric, core and aerobic exercises, finishing with a rejuvenating mind and body stretch.

  • A positive, no quitting I can do this attitude! A yoga mat, towel and water. We work up some serious sweat in class, so it’s important to stay hydrated! We have two filtered water dispensers available in our FitCamp so bring a bottle to fill up or purchase a bottle of water from us.

  • Comfortable workout attire, sneakers or socks.

  • Our FitCamp classes are built around the Glutes 360°, GX3 Leg Weight, Bulgarian Gluteworx, TX3, SBX12 Training-Systems which are systematically formulated around 24 Workouts. We recommend taking a minimum of 2 classes per week for 12 weeks or 3 classes per week for 8 weeks which are both equivalent to 24 Workouts for maximum results and benefits.

  • Private Training Sessions are for individuals who feel that they need more personal attention than we can give them in a Class Series setting. Each class is custom tailored for each individuals needs and focuses 100% on getting YOU the optimum results possible in minimum time.

  • There are no hidden fees, if at any time you need to cancel your Class Series or Private Training Sessions please let us know and we will pro-rate you the difference free of charge. Our FitCamp is our home, and we only want people here who love it as much as we do!
