GX3 FitCamp implements similar strategic fitness training tactics and exercise equipment used by Brazilians, renowned for their obsession with perfect “Bum Bums.”

 

We are 100% committed to helping you create the glutes you’ve always wanted in 24 Workouts. DI's (Drill Instructors) put GI's (Glute Infantries, aka Enlisted Soldiers) through a high-energy, challenging, extreme circuit-training, fun and memorable fitness experience powered by the GX3 Training-System that delivers results. 

 

Classes, limited to 20 GI's are built around a fusion of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) synchronized with a variation of time-intervals fueled by beats that will get your heart-pumping. Our GI's move as a TEAM (Together Everyone Attains More) that follow the exercises and movements of our DI's.

 

DI's are GX3 Certified and have been selected based on their physical training experience, knowledge, passion for fitness, and desire to help and respect others. DI's teach GI's proper Brazilian techniques, form and exercises that will help achieve the following goals.

 

Strengthen, Lift, Shape, Tone and Build Glutes

Strengthen and Shape the Core, Hips and Legs

Boost Metabolism, Burn Lots of Body Fat, Increase Energy and Relieve Stress

DI's provide GI's personal training stations with custom designed equipment that target the glutes, hips, legs and core while exercising, burning lots of calories to ensure maximum results in every class! 

 

 

Glute Bands


Glute Bands: Strength Bands varying in length and resistence specifically designed to distribute their force into your hips and glutes while exercising.




Speed Ropes | Weighted 2 lb. Ropes


Jump Rope; A tool where participants jump over a rope swung so that it passes under their feet and over their heads. Speed Ropes and Weighted 2 lb. Ropes both provide the same basic benefits, which include improved coordination, agility, footwork, quickness and endurance. Speed Ropes, however, focuses on speed and quickness and are better for developing coordination and conditioning by increasing the speed of the rope. Weighted 2 lb. Ropes, on the other hand, burn a significant amount of calories and can be effective for increasing strength and promoting weight loss.

Brazilian "Booty" Camp • Fitness & Motivational Website

Regardless of your current fitness level there’s always going to be plenty of motivational support, encouragement and guidance from our DI's to push you to be the best you can be mentally and physically. We exercise, have fun, sweat and recover together as a TEAM (Together Everyone Attains More). Each class will have modifications so that everyone can complete our challenges.

 

*Suggested Newcomer Classes (3 classes total)

 

Newcomer Classes are intended to help you get used to our custom designed equipment and for you to have a better understanding of the Brazilian techniques, form and exercises. In addition to gradually introducing you to the intensity of our workouts and making sure you understand the setup of our Camp.

Length:

45 minutes.

Class Size:

20 maximum GI's.

Classes fill up quick so RSVP early!

What to Wear:

Comfortable workout attire, sneakers or socks. 

What to Bring:

A positive, no quitting I can do this attitude!

A yoga mat, towel and water.

Participation:

Our Camp is systematically formulated around 24 Workouts. We recommend taking a minimum of 2 classes per week for 3 months or 3 classes per week for 2 months which are both equivalent to 24 Workouts for maximum results and benefits.
